The Grand Jury and Local Jury Systems are Antiquated & Corrupt Local juries are selected by the county clerks who have long term relationships with the local DA & Judges. Clerks stack the jury pool for the DA. There is no such thing as a fair jury trial. It's an antiquated system from England.
