I am having a debate with some folks in the domain industry about what constitutes "Hate Speech" Some of them want to conceive "Universal Acceptable Use" Policies. I am not a fan but I am hearing them out. I shared a video as an exhibit to invite a discussion as to whether they would characterize the content as "hate speech". The video is a short 4 minutes.
