LET THIS BE A WARNING TO PARENTS WITH MINOR CHILDREN My unnamed "freind" was 15years old , had no permit, or license. His "buddy" had just turned 16 and his parents had spoiled him with with pumped up 1969 GTO. My friend asked, " can I try it?" and got approval. Things went sideways real quick, my friend grabbed another gear and kept the pedal to the metal. 3 blocks, 15 cars and 2 trees later . My friend bailed for home. His Dad had a horse ranch and a whole lot of horse sense. 2 weeks later the lawyers called " What are you going to do about the damage your son caused to our clients car ?". My friends Dad replied "what are you going to do about the danger your client placed my son in ?" That man was like a father to me.
