This is my 9" South Bend circa 1938, #19 on side plaque, 1st BOS dated 4/7/39, to, "HELLER DUB-O-MATIC. 1631 N Las Palmas Los Angeles California. Was a retired RR machine per prior owner, also have 1941, 1st edition 128pp "How to Run a Lathe", and full toolset w/ 5C drawbar, no taper attachment tho..
