The Stone Was Rolled Away
The empty tomb remains the key frustrating evidence for those who desire to refute the resurrection of Christ. All rational theories of the resurrection are dashed in vain against a rock called the empty tomb. This solid rock of evidence would not exist unless the stone had been rolled away for all to peer inside and see.

Trustworthy Jesus,
Help me to welcome challenging times as opportunities to trust You. I have You beside me and Your Spirit within me, so no set of circumstances is really too much for me is dotted with difficulties, I usually start measuring my strength against those difficulties, I usually start measuring my strength against those challenges. Of course, that calculation invariably fills me with anxiety. Without Your help, I couldn't make it past the first hurdle!
You have been teaching me the right way to walk through demanding days--gripping Your hand tightly and staying in close communication with You. Also, I've learned that I cope much better with the demands of my day when my thoughts and words are richly flavored with thankfulness and trust.
Instead of worrying about all my problems, I want to put my energy into thinking carefully about You. Your Word assures me that You will keep me in perfect peace to the extent that my mind is focused on You--trusting in You.
In Your Great Name, Amen.

Make Me your focal point as you move through this day. Just as a spinning ballerina must keep returning her eyes to a given point to maintain her balance, so you must keep returning your focus to Me. Circumstances are in flux, and the world seems to be whirling around you. The only way to keep your balance is to fix your eyes on Me, the One who never changes. If you gaze too long at your circumstances, you will become dizzy and confused. Look to Me, refreshing yourself in My Presence, and your steps will be steady and sure.
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. --Hebrews 12:2

MAKE ME YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS. I AM ALL around you--constantly aware of you. I take note of all your thoughts and prayers. Many, many things vie for your attention, but do not let them crowd Me out. Directing your mind toward Me requires very little energy and is imperceptible to others. Yet the more often you do this, the more fully I can live in you and through you.
Remember that I am present with you each moment of your life, watching over you with perfect Love. In fact, My unfailing Love surrounds the one who trusts in Me. I am training you to be increasingly aware of My loving Presence, even when other things demand your attention. I want to be the constant in your life that provides stability and direction in an unpredictable environment. Since I am the same yesterday, today, and forever, I can be the fixed point that helps you stay on course as you make your way through this ever-changing world. As you keep redirecting your thoughts to Me, I show you the way forward--and I give you My Peace.

I AM THE TRUTH--unchanging, transcendent Truth! Many, many people believe that truth is relative--to the situation, the person, the day. But only absolute truth can provide a firm foundation for your life. Everything else is shifting sand.
Because I am inerrant Truth, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Me. You can find everything you need in your relationship with Me. I provide the foundation on which to build your life, and I Myself and Life. So the closer you live to Me, the more alive you will feel!
Many people struggle with issues of identity, wondering who they are and what they're supposed to be doing with their lives. But more fully know Me--the Truth--the better you can understand yourself and the meaning of your life. So make every effort to know Me as I truly am. Also, be prepared to tell others about the Savior-God who has redeemed you and set you free.
