Racial foreigners can occasionally be charming, in small doses, in their own lands, to a curious White visitor on their turf. Racial foreigners permanently resettled in a White homeland are nothing of the sort. Their charms quickly morph into annoyances, and then to bitter resentments at the imposition of their alien-ness without the relief of an expiry.
