One reason the flow of cheap beaner labor isn't seriously reversed is that the country has lots of greedy, status conscious libwhites clawing for a spot in the UMC or higher who want to show off the symbols of having made it but can't yet realistically afford. They want the lawncare crew and the house renovation, but aren't budget-rich enough to pay for quality (White) workmanship. Cheap spics, otoh, are just the discount bin labor that attracts libwhites who want to signal they've "made it" while simultaneously enjoying the immunity they get from criticism for hiring cheap labor because their laborers are sanctified brownoids.
