If SCROTUS takes up a Flock case on 4th Amendment grounds, I'd be curious how the judgements split. I'm not sure it's so clear-cut that the putative conservatives on the court strike down the legality of Flock surveillance. I suspect the ruling would break along a male-female fault line.
