By utilising the format of a Neighborhood Watch Scheme individuals at local, state and the national level can adapt and work together to coordinate to a recognised framework with minimal effort. ☆ THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP & BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED ☆ Under the guise of a Neighborhood Watch Scheme - Citizens that are weapons trained and armed can mobilize & co-ordinate.
