Here are my thoughts about WF. I came upon his site years ago (2012?2015? I don't remember off hand) and was pleasantly surprised by the volume and quality of information he had amassed on his site http://Christogenea.org. I had recently semi-retired from the workforce and had a secondhand shop in a small town in Eastern WA. I am not cut out for dealing with the public and was growing tired of sub-zero temperatures and 24" deep snow so I looked at a weather map and noticed that it was 44 degrees in Lewiston, ID about 400 miles South, Southeast of me so I packed up my 4 dogs, hopped in my Datsun truck and headed to Idaho. I was kinda curious what it would be like to just wander around, camp, and fish with my dogs in the Great Outdoors so I did that for the next several years. Me and the mutts hiked MANY miles through all kinds of terrain daily all the while with me listening to podcasts produced by WF posted on the Christogenea site. Fast forward some years and I begrudgingly rejoined the human (rat?) race and continued listening to the teachings of WF not exclusively but primarily as my source for CI. As an Aryan soul, I never doubted the existence of God though as a thinking man I did have some difficulty trying to resolve the apparent dependencies between "science" and Scripture (which would happen organically as time passed). The BIGGEST issue that I faced, that I ALWAYS faced was with Jesus. Then through CI/Christogenea, I learned that Joshua Christ was the embodiment/incarnation of God and it struck me instantly, if JC is God and I always believed in God then ipso facto, I believed/believe in Joshua Christ. The biggest upshot of that experience is that Scripture started making sense to me directly with less need for an "interpreter." What I have noticed through the years is that EVERYBODY WF collaborated with ended up becoming a "clown" because they may have disagreed with some, often minor, point in the Bible. Also, WF seems to find it necessary to discredit every other well-known CI proponent that has ever put pen to paper or mouth to microphone. This seems like some weird insecurity unbecoming of a Christian. Here's where the jew thing comes in. WF's numerous disagreements with other Biblical scholars, or anyone else, he would declare how he was going to prove them wrong through Scripture but invariably resorted to ad hominem attacks while at the same time accusing his opponents of having no facts to back them up and could only respond with personal invective. The hypocrisy of this was glaring and frankly reeks of Gefilte fish. I still believe that Christogena is a great informational source for CI but the fountain from where this source of information flows is polluted. And THAT is what brings me here.
