7 defendants who pleaded not guilty are found guilty of organising and participating in an unlawful #assembly, 2 pleaded guilty earlier. Mitigation and Sentence are scheduled on April 16 at the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court. Although the prosecution is attempting to apply for bail to be revoked, 6 defendants are granted bail with the additional condition that they are not allowed to leave #HongKong and that they surrender all travel documents and BNO passports. 3 of them (Jimmy Lai, Leung Kwok-hung, Au Nok-hin) are remained in custody. #hongkongprotest #antielab #nationalsecuritylaw #democracy #politicalrights #civilrights #香港 #國安法#反送中
