💙🙏🚨💥 BURLINGTON, Vermont — A 3-year-old girl is reportedly safe after police say she was briefly kidnapped a few blocks from the Burlington Waterfront on Tuesday. According to police, Truc Mai, 33, of Colchester, took a 3-year-old girl who was playing outside to “another location” before returning an hour and a half later. This was on South Champlain Street at the Bobbin Mill Apartments. Mai was arrested at about 6:30 p.m., while the girl was reunited with her parent, say police. Mai is being held without bail.
