It is a great choice for sailors when an outboard is not preferred or practical. ePropulsion pod drive electric motors are also available in 1kW/3hp and 6kW/9.9hp models. The ePropulsion Pod Drive 1.0 Evo can be used with ePropulsion E series batteries or third-party batteries. The E60 is our recommended battery for the Pod Drive 3.0 Evo and will give most users about an hour of run time at full throttle.
