Parsley (Fresh Leaves, 0.5 oz) Organic*, Italian / Flatleaf

$2.00 · Condition: new

[*The USDA is very. . . protective of the word organic. Therefore, let it be clearly known that I am not making a claim that my product is organic as defined by the USDA. However, I have not used any sprays, fertilizers, or chemicals of any kind in the soil, watering, or any other care for the plant other than water, nor have I let any such chemicals or synthetics or sprays or liquid feeds come anywhere near it. I make my own potting soil using only our household scraps, manure from our unvaxed, hormone-and-antibiotic-free animals, and yard waste, and I limit the use of any plastic as much as possible and only use food-grade plastic or plastic gardening pots when absolutely necessary. My parsley has not been treated in any artificial way whatsoever since it came into my care a year ago. In other words, I would like to describe my parsley as organic in everyday conversation as normal people understand the word organic, and without getting sued, thank you very much USDA!] Don't buy that Walmart parsley, barely nourished, sprayed and fertilized with God-knows-what! Buy our homegrown local fresh parsley leaves for your fancy Italian meatballs, or a beautiful garnish for deviled eggs. Especially good with beef or pork. Much more flavorful than store-bought parsley, our plants are like parsley concentrate because of the flavor-honing effect of desert growing. These parsley leaves will be stronger in nutrition, too, because they're raised in a premium ultra-rich potting soil made completely right here on the farm, and because they'll be picked only hours before the meeting time we'll arrange by email. Can't wait to share the bounty with you. Keep fresh sage leaves in closed container in the fridge for optimum freshness. Enjoy your fresh herbs! Pickup and cash only.
