Figured out last night that with my ID-51A, an OPC-2350LU cable, and the RS-MS3A app, I can connect my HT to any XLX reflector via my Android app's WiFi connection. The trick was to turn UDP Hole Punch to "On". You can try it out on the http://HRCC.link cross-band reflector and talk from D-STAR to YSF, Wires-X, and DMR users!
