**How confident are you that this mechanism [consciousness operating the brain] would be rooted in physics?** If you’re playing a video game like Super Mario, “how confident are you that this interaction would be rooted in the video game programming?” – well, it would be half the equation at least. The other half comes from outside that code environment: you pressing the buttons in physical reality. But ultimately, both the physical world & video game run on the same “super-code,” just that the video game is a sub-reality within physical reality, a virtual world governed by rules coded by Nintendo. The physical is also a sub-reality one level up from Mario, but nonetheless coded by something… likely Ultraterrestrials, and not necessarily benevolent. As you to Mario, likewise spirit to physical body. IMO, our reality is a sub-reality within a greater environment, but we have extra rules imposed here. Or, same rules but different more sluggish parameters. Ultimately, everything in existence that is NOT pure godspark/God/spirit is deterministic in some way, thus a function of rules/thoughts/structures instead of freewill and authentic sentience. So there’s only 1) pure supreme consciousness and 2) thought-structure (super-physics) it thought into existence, and then THAT thought-structure allows the generation of other layers of this dreamt up multiversal existence. The levels far beyond the physical (like the astral and higher) would seem to any physicist to be “completely free, like there’s no physics there!” – maybe not OUR physics, but there are still rules of interaction there, just looser & richer in degrees of freedom than here. Karma, destiny, the capabilities and limitations of psychic powers… these are the products of rules beyond the physical plane. So it’s not like our world is the only one that has structure. When the “soul” made of substances from a higher level penetrates down into physical biology, our physics (what we can describe using our constants, instruments, and equations) merely couples to that in a loose & variable way that depends on the person, the health of their body, how awake they are, vibrance of their soul, and so on. So the human soul can move the arm, light up the brain with electrical activity, speak through the mouth, etc. but can’t do supernatural things like make the body dissolve, teleport, stop aging, or levitate UNLESS the coupling is so strong (and the soul is so powerful) that it has that capability. Which most humans don’t; yet some do. But there must be some degree of coupling or else we wouldn’t be incarnated. Therefore, our physics is the lower half of the equation, and there are higher levels each with their own “physics” (like the rules of etheric energy when it comes to the etheric plane). But that whole entire thing should in theory be part of an even deeper “super physics” that shows how these different reality levels are just different organizations in a master top-level medium (the thought-space of God). Something I’m working on. So when the ancients talked about the Creator needing a demiurge to automate creation, here we’re talking about a super-physical structure from which arises the other sub-reality levels with their own rules/parameters, and our physical plane is near/at the bottom with probably the most restrictive rules of all, which we know as our physics. You could say, therefore, that physics equations are hymns to the demiurge & scientists are its acolytes.
