🚨 ONE #Obama judge in #Boston just telegraphed her next move. #SCOTUS lifted her block on #Trump’s mail-in ballot security rules Monday. Today she vacated the rest of her injunction, then told #Democrat groups they now have a “final rule” to sue over, and that they have “substantial arguments” that might get the Supreme Court to flip. She already branded the #President’s order “likely unconstitutional.” She accused USPS of “feigning compliance.” She is lining up the next #injunction before November. That’s not a district court applying the law. That’s a lower-court veto of the Supreme Court. House #Republicans: file the articles. Force the vote.
