I wrote about this in my book “One Way Ticket to Crawford Texas”. Under the pretense of counterterrorism and “”defending Umerica”, George Bush expanded bio weapons labs from under 100 to over 300. Many of them outside USA and budgets and activities hidden from Americans. My original team of 7 scientists and I were DARPA and TSWG (Technical Science Working Group Pentagon) level due to huge breakthroughs we made in USA labs but mostly offshore labs and scientists. When they insisted we focus only on bio weapons, nano weapons and genetic specific weapons we divorced them. 😉
