Anyway, fast forward to 2017. I had a conversation with my wife, in passing, about a relatively minor detail that I figured, after all this time and investigating, must have been part of the public record. She told me she'd never heard it before. So I went to google to look it up. There it was. Washington post, new york times, cnn; all the big media players. Then I clicked on one. Inside there was a link to a snopes article. Apparently this small thing, that I saw with my own two eyes, was a 'debunked conspiracy theory.' Guess how it was debunked? A pentagon spokesman told the press it didn't happen. So a press release from the admin responsible. No investigation whatsoever, but it was completely debunked and only a lunatic would go around spreading this fake news. The real rub was, the minor event that was 'debunked' could have had a perfectly innocent explanation. That explanation might even have been the truth (I wouldn't know), but instead of even lying about what happened, they just tried to shut down any inquiry or conversation. They labeled me, and people who were also in a position to know, as nutcases merely for believing our lying eyes instead of the austere investigative might of the corporate media. Which involved a single press release... I vowed then and there to never again trust, or even look at, the corporate media. Next, I created a protonmail account and emailed some of the Benghazi survivors. I didn't tell them anything about what I saw, but I told them about a class of documents they might want to FOIA. Now, whenever I see the mockingbirds call something a 'debunked conspiracy theory,' I pretty much know it has to be true. This led me to pizzagate, later Q, and eventually @NeonRevolt. You know, all the debunked conspiracy theories. 2/2
