So, time to come clean. I must make a confession. I've done a bunk, and skipped across the border to be a resident of Nevada. I know it may seem hypocritical to be gung ho California and then flee like a rat off a sinking ship but sanity demands I do what's best for my situation. It doesn't mean I don't want California to pull itself out of its tailspin and be what it used to be. But until then, I'll live here and wait until things change. .
