she has most of it correct; the one problem is the entire government structure is a legal contract system that can only operate by permission; of the consented; this has always been true from the moment the document was written; the constitution claims to be the law of the land because it says that in Article 4 clause 2; it also tells you plainly it actually is not the law; Article VII says it doesn’t take effect until nine State Conventions ratify it; If the paper were already the law, it wouldn’t need anyone’s permission to start; It’s a contract—first between the States, then by amendment with each citizen who opts in by voting, paying taxes, holding office, or otherwise receiving benefits attached to an SSN; Law is from God: thou shalt not steal; Legal is from man: here’s the fine-print on when and how the State may take 30% of your labor—if you sign up; Did you ever actually consent to that contract? law does not need your permission; legal always needs your permission; learn how you are giving it and stop giving it; stop consenting; Law: Meaning: The binding, immutable order that proceeds from the Creator and governs every created thing. Essence: Justice—rendering to each man, entity, or creature what is rightfully its own. Purpose: To preserve liberty, secure rights, and maintain harmony between Creator, man, and creation. Source: God—“In the beginning was the Word” (Jn 1:1) and “by Him all things consist” (Col 1:17). Any later writing of man merely recognizes or attempts to restate that original order. Legal: Meaning: A system of rules, statutes, codes, and procedures invented and enforced by institutions of man. Essence: Control—substituting man’s will for God’s order, trading justice for expediency. Purpose: To manage populations, extract wealth, and monopolize force under color of authority. Source: Fallen man—first codified in Babylon (Code of Hammurabi) and Egypt, later mass-produced by legislatures, regulators, and courts.
