Cancer did not exist before vaccinations. There was never cancer found in mummies or any other bullshit fake revisionist history they try to feed you. The reason they need a 90%+ vaccination rate in children is so the correlation can't be made later in their adult lives as to who are the one with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
