Attention US VOTERS Below is a copy of a letter that is being distributed to the NY Board of Election Commissioners. If you live in NY, please cut and paste this letter and send it to your County BOE office (or all 62 if you have time). If you do not live in NY, you can easily update this letter to fit your state's situation. Many states have county clerks instead of election commissioners. We are trying to get as many of these letters sent as we can. There will be more letters posted. Thank you to everyone who helps us out. _____________________________ To all New York County Board of Election Commissioners Shortly, you will be asked to sign a document to certify the recent election in your Counties. We request that before you sign the Certification documents that you perform a few checks and balances. 1) Please account for a unique Voter for each Ballot you are about to certify. The Blank (completely blank, not an undervote) Ballots should have come from a Voter. Basically, if you are certifying 1012 Ballots, you must verify that you have 1012 unique Voters who were assigned a General Election 2022 code. 2) Did you get the same number for Voters = Ballots? If so, proceed, otherwise stop certification until you do balance. 3) Now please verify your information in the State Board of Elections database. Is every single voter that you have identified in the State database? We expect more than a number balance here. We need you to make sure that every Voter identified who voted in the General Election of 2022, exists in that database, no more or no less, and exactly matches to your Voters. 4) Now please check the election codes on your Voters in the State database. Has each Voter only voted once in General Election 2022? Did you know that over 200,000 Voters had two or more election codes for the 2020 General Election? This should not happen. 5) Please post a confirmation, with balances numbers, on your County website so that we know that these steps have been completed. If, at any point in the 4 steps above, you find a discrepancy in the VOTERS = BALLOTS formula, or the exact VOTERS do not exist in the State database, or you find too many or not enough election codes, YOU must NOT certify your election. You are the keeper of our elections and our data. You have an obligation to ensure that it is correct. Our elections data should be as secure as a financial institution’s data, and we are finding that it is not. Our VOTE is worth more to US than our dollars. We demand improvements. Who are we to demand changes in OUR election systems? WE are the CITIZENS of New York State and WE pay your salary. Government exists to support the WE the PEOPLE, not control them, and it is past time that the CITIZENS of New York take back control of its government.
