Heh, now I'm feeling isolated in a different way. Today some rough storms appear to have knocked out my house's internet (and phone) connection in a manner that the ISP can't tackle. I'm hoping a technician can fix things on the spot tomorrow, but don't know what to expect. (Since the desktop can't hook up, I'm posting this via a SIM-less tablet, tethered to my mobile's 4G via Bluetooth. Why not just use the mobile? I dunno, I'm weird like that.) It's very easy to take things for granted, especially something as pervasive as the net is in these times. I'd like to think that at some level, conscious or otherwise, I fully appreciate everything I have, do, and experience... but maybe that's only possible in hindsight, after death, once ones essential being can examine that newly-past life as a whole? Just a bumbling idea. Tom once said, "[W]ithout loss creation has no meaning." The main context was life -- more specifically, Terry's life -- but it can apply to all things affected by time, for time is change and movement. Anyway... see how tomorrow goes.
