I used to belive in things. People, ideas. I still believe in some ideas. But people, not so much. It's like there's this ideal in us, all of us. Even in those that have proven otherwise. It's in them too; they just sold out. Why they did is inconsequential, just that they did. And I think about ways I sold out too, little things and bigger. I have to see that if I seek truth. Are you on a journey for truth? Be ready for some difficult things along the way. Some surprising things, not in a good way. But the good news is there is grace, from God. The changes you long for begin with you.
