Ben Quirino, alias Ben Tattoo or Ben M-14 is reportedly one of the Best and Strongest Frontline Figthers of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) according to one of the Foreigners he kidnapped before, and he recently surrendered to the Philippine Military in Jolo recently.
