The Governor of Cagayan Manuel Mamba visited China recently to attend the 2024 Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN)-China People to People Exchange Summit during the ASEAN-China Spring Festival 2024. While there, Gov. Mamba is promoting his Province as a "Tropical Paradise" for Chinese Tourists, and is there to learn also on how China became an Economic Miracle and transfer that Knowledge to benefit his Province.
