Some Employees of Cagayan's Provincial Capitol Office has recently started taking a Course to learn Mandarin thru the Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center (CPLRC). The Course will run for around three Weeks and is taught by Weiwei Song from the Xiamen University in China. Xiamn University is one of the top Universities in Southern China with a Student Population of 45,000. This Language Learning Initiative is in line with the Cagayan Governor Manuel Mamba's Vision of attracting more Tourists and Businesses from China to help improve the Economic Situation of his Province.
