Dear Florida Patriot: House Bill 1615, Restrictions on Firearms and Ammunition During Emergencies today has passed the House Constitutional Rights, Rule & Law Government Operations Subcommittee in a 12 to 2 vote. Tomorrow morning, January 25th 2024, HB 1615 will head to the Civil Justice Subcommittee. HB 1615 restores our gun rights during a public emergency. This bill repeals Florida Statute 870.044 which prohibited the sale of firearms and ammunition during a declared public emergency. TAKE ACTION NOW!
