True Salvation, Biblical Salvation is A radical Super natural Transformation initiated By God Himself. And tragically most people sitting in pews today have never truly seen it , Never truly experienced it, And never truly been taught it. We live in a generation where churches are packed with people who believe they are saved because they repeated a prayer. A generation where faith is redefined to mean positive feelings about Jesus and Grace has been twisted into a license to sin. But the Bible is clear the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life , and those who find it are few Mathew 7:14 So what does true salvation look like. Let's open the word of God, not tradition, Not opinion, not culture. The truth and you were not the author of your salvation. That idea that you somehow initiated A relationship with God by your own decision is not only un biblical it is dangerous. The modern Church has elevated man's will above God's sovereignty. Teaching that all it takes to be saved is for someone to make a decision raise A hand or repeat A prayer. But scripture does not teach that. Scripture teaches that salvation is a sovereign act of God from beginning to end. Let's be clear, if you are saved it's not because you were smarter than others .Its not because you chose Jesus while others rejected Him. It's not because you happen to be in the right place at the right time. It is because God intervened . Jesus said in John 6:44 No one can come to me unless the father sent me draws him .That is not a suggestion, It is A declaration. You cannot come to Christ unless God draws you. You won't come. You don't want to come you hate God in your Natural state Romans 3 plainly tells us there is no one who seeks God, no not one. We are not drowning in a sea of sin waving our hands begging God to throw us a life preserver. No we are dead at the bottom of the ocean rotting cold lifeless. Salvation is not God helping bad people become good .It is God raising Dead men to life. It is God breathing into spiritual corpses giving them new hearts. It is not a collabrative effort. It is Divine miracle. It is the father chooses ,The son redeems, the spirit regenerates . Salvation belongs to the Lord . Now this truth crushes pride and that's what people don't like . We want to believe we had something to do with our salvation so we can share the glory. But if salvation is all of God then he gets all the credit, and that's the point. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by Grace you have been saved through faith , and this is not our own doing. It is the Gift of God, not a result of works So that No one may boast. That includes your faith. Even the Faith you exercised was a Gift from God. You didn't generate it, you didn't muster it up, it was given to you. . Let me say it another way Salvation is not like joining a club, pay the dues and sign the form. Its not a human transaction, It's a divine transformation. When you were saved, you just don't get new beliefs, you get a new heart. You don't just get religion you get resurrection God doesn't merely improve your life , He gives you life .And he doesn't do that cause you deserved it, he does it cause he chose to Romans 9 says it depends not on human will or exertion But on God who has mercy. That's it. The moment you strip salvation of God's sovereignty you lose the gospel. You turn it into a man centered system where God waits for you to make the first move. But God never waits , He acts, He initiates , He calls, He justifies , He Glorifies . If he had waited on us we would never come . He loved us yet while we were still sinners .He saved us while we were still rebels . We didn't run to him .He ran to us. So if you are in Christ Today it is not because you figured it out , it is not because you were wise enough to choose. It is because God opened your Eyes , Unstopped your ears softened your heart and called you out of darkness into his marvelous light . Salvation is his work not yours. That is what True salvation looks like . It begins with God , It depends on God , And it gives all Glory to God
