I agree with Ben Davidson here addressing flat earthers: "Dear flat earth people, I debunked the entire 200-point flat earth bible years ago and it was laughable. I will make some points here but PLEASE feel free to post anything else you need debunked and I will try to respond. - Sunlight shadow geometries around the world tell the story, at different latitudes, and are still as useful for proving a round earth as they were centuries ago. - There ARE many satellites that take photos of earth, and they all show the same thing... try GOES, Himawari, Meteosat, JPSS, DSCOVR, or any of the ESA earth-watching fleet of satellites. - People who make comments about airplanes flying slower than the earth spins. Have you ever jumped on an airplane? Do you fly back and hit the stewardess sitting in the rear? No? It's because you have inertia... as do airplanes, helicopters, cars, and everything else on the surface... just because there is lift does NOT negate inertia. - The Bible does not say the earth is flat and I'm ashamed of anyone who thinks it does. - There is a photo of Chicago allegedly taken from 100s of miles away used as proof of flatness. Except you can see the nearby street signs... the photo is from 6 miles away - they lied. - The oceans have tides and waves... the ocean is not flat, and if it was you see across it to other continents. Land is undulating much more. Why cant you see the Appalachians from the Rockies? - Every pilot, GPS operator, and many government officials would need to be in on the secret... we're talking over 500,000 people, and nobody spills the secret? Now... please, flat-tards, give me your best shot. The deal is, if you do, I get to make you look stupid and not feel bad about it." Find him elsewhere to educate yourself from your flat-earther notions.
