President Trump needs to declare a Presidential National Security Emergency for Elections due to interference by a foreign power (China). This is the only way at this late stage to mandate Voter Photo ID; proof of citizenship; an end to unlimited mail-in ballots, ballot harvesting and ballot drop boxes; an end to counting ballots past Election Day; and replacing corrupt machines that can be hacked and manipulated to change votes with paper ballots. A National Security Emergency cannot be challenged in court – as per a 1983 Supreme Court ruling. It can only be overturned by a 2/3rds vote in both houses of Congress- which will never happen.
