I hate social media. We've known it's chemically addictive since 2012. I have largely sworn it off. However, this needs to get out. We are literally living in a surveillance state. The release shows law enforcement agencies aren't just deploying helicopters to keep an eye on suspects in motion. They also use them to engage in extended surveillance of people suspected of nothing. They hover over gatherings and deploy infrared cameras to peer inside of buildings for their own amusement. This isn't some hacker conspiracy. It is a dump of ACTUAL POLICE HELICOPTER FOOTAGE found on an insecure cloud system. We are living in a surveillance state, and precisely nobody gives a shit.
