Kissinger destroyed Chile with shortages and inflation. Focusing on transportation of goods. You think Kissinger is not creating the shortages in the United States right now? Combo virus and trucking confusion...not shipping confusion. The ships are there. The trucks are being held up. PURE Kissinger.
