The common belief is that you can drop someone's biological sample into a machine and get a perfect DNA match. That's not how it works. The machine spits out a chart. LEOs and prosecutors give the lab techs the name they expect the sample is for. "We expect this sample is from John Doe." The lab tech says "Oh yes, this DNA is from John Doe." They are all on Team Government. They lie. There is no control samples. It is unscientific. If you tested all of us the chart might look the same. It's not precise enough to ID a specific person.
