We aren't making the right arguments, and it matters. Children in the womb have personhood and all the constitutional, human, and civil rights and they attach at conception through the 5th and 14th amendment et al. Every other argument is a losing cause and involves circular reasoning. And, it misses the point of the whole exercise by the death cultists. They have to dehumanize YOU. Life. Every individual has to be reduced in importance relative to the interest of the collective. The constitution is nothing if not a recognition of the sovereignty of the individual and a restriction on state action in contravention of individual rights. And, if the 'rona power grab hasn't been a bracing enlightenment for you, wait until they have to "maintain economically and ecologically sustainable populations," or racial justice/quotas (white privilege) and they start forcing abortions. You can already see it in their blood soaked eyes. The 5 anti-Roe justices are doing the right thing. It is a necessary part of the puzzle. But, someone has to sue these states that allow unrestricted abortion and argue that they unborn has all the rights as anyone alive.
