We look into the construction of the Crystal Palace which held the Great Exhibition of 1851 in Hyde Park, London, which was a Worlds Fair marking British Industry during the Victorian age and the Industrial Revolution. This was the largest building in the world at the time, weighing 18,000 tonnes of Iron and Glass was then apparently moved 21 miles in horse and cart to Sydenham Hill where the Crystal Palace was reconstructed.
