Sent to me last week by Gerard, inviting me to listen from half way through when Monika talks about an email just received from Germany... Last April, when I was sent to prison (like the previous year, just in time for Easter), I switched on the TV in my cell to watch the lunchtime news. On came a report about the Tom Cruise Top Gun remake, with commentary from a film critic. 'Oh!' I said to myself, 'That's Michele's daughter! How interesting that she is the first person I see when I switch on the TV here in prison.' Five senior policemen and seven vans, all for Lady Mutti! And now a bank account closed too! IMDd tells me that the daughter is worth a mere £20 million, so I'm sure die Familie will work something out.
