# Democratic Sen. Fetterman speaks to GOP midterm convention...fellow Dems not happy Pennsylvania Democratic Sen. Fetterman appeared in a roughly one-minute recorded video at the Republican midterm convention in Dallas, introducing his Republican colleague, Sen. McCormick, whom he called "a great American." Fetterman avoided naming critics but said Democrats have become extremists, reinforcing the message Republicans are pressing at their two-day rally. "I'm always going to stand with America," Fetterman said. "I'm always going to reject the extremes and socialism and that anti-American way of life." Standing before a steel mill, Fetterman pledged to "fight and defend the steel way of life" alongside President Trump.
