I don’t know why people are an acting like auto-purging users’ posts after a certain amount of time is a desirable alternative to Torba’s plan to only allow paying users to upload media. Twitter is a superior functioning platform with greater reach. The only downfall there is your account could be suspended in which case you’ll lose your posts. If I am certain to lose my posts here too, then there is literally zero advantage to using this app. Torba’s obsession with his shitty AI has been obnoxious (and even suspicious) for a long time. Now he’s just become a wannabe technocrat with a social media site that’s even more subpar than it was before.
