2 Cor 1:20 KJV: 'For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.' God's promises are not fragile hopes waiting for human strength to complete them. In Christ, they are yea and Amen. The faithfulness of God is secured in the Son, and His glory is displayed as His people trust Him. This verse calls us to pray and obey with confidence, not because we can see every answer, but because Christ is the guarantee of God's covenant mercy. When disappointment tempts us to doubt, we return to Him. Today, let us measure our circumstances by God's promises rather than measuring His promises by our circumstances. His Amen is stronger than our uncertainty.
