Reminder -- if you are not already taking a good quality Zinc supplement you should be! This isn't holistic airy-fairy stuff -- several studies show a zinc deficiency greatly increases the virus's ability to infect cells and reproduce rapidly. In addition they now believe Chloroquine works because it raises the zinc levels inside of cells thereby preventing the virus from reproducing. So even if you can't get chloroquine at least take zinc! And don't just buy any old cheap zinc supplement as some are not well absorbed at all, picolinate is supposedly the most likely to raise levels inside of cells (check ebay).
