"A #Texas immigration judge has ordered 33-year-old #Canadian national Kaitlyn #Tracey deported after she pleaded guilty to assaulting a teenage girl wearing patriotic clothing on a #NewJersey boardwalk. According to authorities, Tracey had overstayed her visa and was in the U.S. illegally at the time of the July 3 assault. She accepted a plea deal to a misdemeanor assault charge, received one day in jail with credit for time served, and was ordered removed from the country. Police say the assault, which was captured on video, happened after Tracey confronted a group of teenagers, including a girl wearing a USA 250 tank top.
