The TV was still under warranty, but instead of repairing it, Sony charged him $ 300 just to “inspect” it. Frustrated, the customer created website to share his experience. And guess what Sony did next? THEY SUED HIM They didn’t improve their service. They didn’t try to make things right. Nothing. I’ve been saying it from the beginning: Sony hates its customers.
