Celebrity Chef Anne Burrell’s Cause of Death Revealed (01:36) “The NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner says the official manner of death was suicide and the cause of death was “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine.” I'm curious to hear why they labeled it suicide. Using "diphenhydramine" generic for (Benadryl), "cetirizine" is an antihistamine (allergy meds), "amphetamine" is a medication commonly used to treat ADHD (prescription meds), "Ethanol" is a compound found in alcohol (which can be found in some over the counter meds and prescription drugs). How awful to label this suicide.
