The Trouble with Ingredients in Sunscreen I remember in the 70s when spf sunscreens became the thing to use. I put it all over. Within a few minutes I felt nauseated and faint. I immediately jumped in the shower and washed it off. Felt ill for hours. I never used it again. Nor did I put it on my children. Sure makes you think twice about using FDA approved body lotions. "FDA studies reported that the ingredients could be detected on the skin and in the blood weeks after they were last used." "Other studies have detected sunscreen ingredients in breast milk, urine and blood plasma samples, confirming they’re absorbed into the body through skin."
