NYC Officials Update on Unstable Building in Manhattan (15:05) A 37 story previous Pfizer office building being remodeled to apartments, unstable. You know the rule for the fire engines, the ladder can only reach the 4th floor. Who in their right mind would rent an apartment in that building after this?
