Columns Buckle in Building on East 42nd Street (14:13) 16,000 rental apartments after reconstruction. The whole building is bending. Oh hell no! Tear that building down. They were adding 10 floors to the top. Were the weight bearing calculations done wrong? Weather? Did the flooding affect the footings beneath this building?
