AB 2223 is being heard in the Assembly Judiciary Committee tomorrow, April 5th, at 9:00 am. AB 2223 aims to protect participating parties from being held criminally liable or penalized for an "alleged pregnancy outcome, including a miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion or perinatal death." That includes the death of a child after he/she is born for an undetermined length of time. We need you to contact the committee members and urge them to vote NO on AB 2223.
