@CatholicusRoman Trudeau is in a constant state of "duping delight" which suggests nearly every word he says is a lie, he knows it's a lie, and the subconscious causes him unconsciously to want to laugh with delight - knowing, or believing, that everyone is fooled by his clever delivery of the pack of lies. Duping delight usually only slips out for a few seconds especially during what would otherwise be a somber presentation. The inconsistency of a subconscious grin or chortle when talking about a serious or even sad event. Bush senior while giving a eulogy and Beto's outright laugh fit while discussing deaths of kids at a school shooting are classic examples.
